Everything we offer, we needed ourselves first.
DDS Management Services was built out of necessity. We were running multiple practices and we kept running into the same problems: insurance billing that fell behind, staff turnover that disrupted patient care, overhead that climbed without anyone noticing, and marketing that spent money without producing results.
We did not hire a consulting firm. We built the infrastructure ourselves, inside our own practices, until it worked. Then we made it available to other dentists dealing with the same problems.
