QuickBooks Integration Terms of Use

Agreement and authorized use

These terms govern the use of DDS QuickBooks Automations, a private integration operated by DDS Management Services LLC. By authorizing a QuickBooks Online company, you represent that you have authority to grant access for that company and agree to these terms on its behalf.

Service scope

The integration supports approved financial reporting and bookkeeping workflows. Available features may change as controls are tested and expanded. Payroll, tax filing, reconciliation, payment movement, and other services are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate authorization and company information.
• Maintain appropriate access controls for Intuit and company accounts.
• Review proposed or completed accounting activity as required.
• Maintain source documents and the official books and records.
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access or incorrect activity.

No accounting, tax, or legal advice

Software output and automated suggestions do not replace the judgment of an authorized accountant, tax professional, attorney, or company decision-maker. The connected business remains responsible for its books, filings, reconciliations, approvals, and compliance obligations.

Availability and changes

The integration is provided on an as-available basis and may be suspended for maintenance, security, provider changes, or suspected misuse. We may modify these terms or the integration and will update the effective date when material changes are published.

Disconnection and termination

An authorized administrator may revoke QuickBooks access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends, an agreement ends, security is at risk, or these terms are violated. See the disconnection instructions.
